1. Who we are

The Monitor is provided by Soundcheck Software Ltd, 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ ("we").

2. What The Monitor does

The Monitor helps a company keep a register of the AI tools it uses, record how it has assessed each one under the EU AI Act, track related tasks and produce documents and evidence files. The assessments are the company's own decisions. The Monitor shows the rule each decision relied on.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing in The Monitor is legal advice. Draft documents are starting points. You remain responsible for your compliance. For high-risk uses we recommend a review by a qualified adviser.

4. Accounts

You must give true details about yourself and your company, and have authority to act for the company. We check sign-ups and may refuse or close accounts with false details. Keep your password and sign-in codes private.

5. Free trial

New accounts may receive a free trial. No card is needed. When the trial ends, the account becomes read-only until a paid plan is chosen. Your data is kept.

6. Plans and payment

Prices are shown on the website and on the Plan page, excluding VAT. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew for the chosen period until cancelled. If a payment is reversed, the account becomes read-only.

7. Your data

You own the data you put into The Monitor. We process it to provide the service, as set out in the privacy notice. You can export your evidence files at any time.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, or use it for unlawful purposes.
